Ghumman Group is a Northern Virginia real estate practice led by Anwar Ghumman, a licensed Virginia REALTOR® affiliated with Lifestyle Realty. We represent buyers and sellers across Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William, Arlington, and Alexandria — and we selectively acquire residential investment property in the same markets.

Most agents log into the MLS reactively, when a client calls. We work the market every day — tracking inventory, absorption, and pricing across our target submarkets — and bring that perspective to every client conversation and every acquisition decision.

Anwar Ghumman is a licensed Virginia Real Estate Salesperson affiliated with Lifestyle Realty. Ghumman Group LLC is his single-member investment vehicle, focused on residential property acquisition and long-term holding in the Northern Virginia market.

All real estate brokerage services are provided through Lifestyle Realty. Ghumman Group LLC operates as a real estate investment company; it is not a licensed brokerage.
