Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
This page outlines baseline confidentiality terms for all prospects, clients, customers, and investors engaging with Ghumman Group.
Effective Date: Upon acknowledgment in any Ghumman Group form or communication workflow.
1. Confidential Information
Confidential Information includes investment materials, financial models, customer records, property details, tenant data, and any non-public operational information disclosed by either party.
2. Use Restrictions
- Use Confidential Information only to evaluate or perform a legitimate business relationship with Ghumman Group.
- Do not disclose information to any third party without prior written authorization.
- Apply reasonable safeguards to protect confidentiality.
3. Exclusions
Information is not confidential if it is publicly available, independently developed without use of protected information, or legally required to be disclosed by law or court order.
4. Term
Confidentiality obligations continue for three (3) years after disclosure unless a superseding written agreement is signed.
5. Remedies
Unauthorized disclosure may cause irreparable harm. Ghumman Group may seek injunctive relief and all other remedies available at law or equity.
6. Governing Law
This NDA is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.
